Call Progression Tone (CPT) analysis is a feature that helps V-Switch enhance call quality and billing accuracy. CPT allows V-Switch to correctly answer callers' queries and responses, which most of analog systems cannot do. Moreover, V-Switch's CPT can distinguish between fax calls and voice calls, a must for any busy office.

» DTMF & Tone Generation
V-Switch can easily talk to other machines using Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) and Tone Generation. V-Switch uses DTMF dialing, virtual tones that are standard in IP-PBX and IP-Centrex applications.
